Steve, you can buy some good injector cleaner to add to your fuel and see if that helps. If that doesn't clean them up, you will have to take them to a Diesel Service shop and have them rebuilt. What is the tractor doing?

I would bleed everything again. Try bleeding each line while you have someone try to start it with the starter. You can break the line loose before you turn it over and tighten it back up if you don't see any air bubbles coming out. Make sure you tighten it up before you stop turning the engine over or you can get air back in the line.

There is an inline fuel filter behind the right rear wheel.  Did you change it?

There is also a weird kill cable system attached to the roller under the seat.  If it is out of whack, it pulls the kill lever on the injector pump.  Make sure the lever is in the run position.

Make sure the kill knob is all the way back to the run position. If it is out just a little it can keep the engine from running.
