last week I checked them ...they were the size of golf balls now they are softball size.     wow nothing like fresh veggies from the garden with veggie dip.

really wish there was a way to get them to grow in stages and not be ready all at the same time...lol

Here are some pictures of my garden.  I put up a house this winter, so my garden is in an entirely new spot this year.  I am running a trial with a whole bunch of different heirloom grain and dry bean varieties to try and see which will do best in my new garden location.  It was a pretty wet spring this year, so the garden is a bit late, but I think that everything will be ripe before the first frost.  My potatoes, garden peas, and lentils are just starting to flower.  A couple of my wheat varieties are just starting to head as well.

will start to freeze sweetcorn later this week.  our family usually works together to put a bunch up for the winter.     will post pics of the event tomorrow and Friday!...

our garden is winding down. just tomatoes and potatoes left... going to mow off in a few weeks then start to prep for next year.
