Most of the D4-10 that come in usually need points and condensers. I am always looking for part lots to buy to stock up my shelves. The seller used these parts for motors that ran concrete saws they use to sell. He said they had S7-D, S8-D, TRA-12D and S12D motors on these saws. The 6 YQ-12 points and condenser sets caught my eye, but there were several other items I could use as well. Not bought to sell as much as to have on my shelf to use as needed. This was not a steal of a deal, but I thought I could make it work for me. The seller was just as interested in what I was buying them for as I was in why he had them. I don't think he has any connection to the garden tractor segment of the market.WisconsinParts.jpg

Nice Lot!

As you probably already know Wisconsin stuff does not go cheap!

The good thing is they still make quite a few parts for their "Legacy" engines

Man I am glad you did not bid!  :D  I did not have much over his asking price. I felt it was a little high, but it had too much stuff I could use not to buy it. Even though I have a gas tank that matches up better to the original HD-12 gas tank....that tank is in perfect shape just the wrong color.....may end up on the HD-12 before it is all over and done with.

Got a chance to go through the box yesterday. Can anyone tell me what this was used on and a value?

It appears to be an oil pressure gauge that was most likely used on a power unit. I think the big twins had an oil pump.
