Daniel, I just checked their site with firefox and you are right it doesn't show the contact us link.

I found the same thing.

Mine is the same no link at the bottom, everything seems to be widely spaced out.

Well if all those that are interested post in this thread what they want and how many depending on the deal I will get in touch with them and direct them to this thread to show them the interest.

I'd be interested in 1 or 2, maybe you should start a poll, separate thread???

Very interesting but probably wont work on the Briggs Opposed Twin. If I could stand to put a hole in the dash of the Toro (Kohler K) I might add one to it just so I can show off the extremely low idle speed lol. Great link

I know that this is kinda old. But I think I may of found something, or maybe not I am not sure. Has anyone looked into a Wema ITAC-4k (ITAC-4000)? It's an adjustable 4k rpm 2" tachometer. At just under $50 it's better than $80.

I know this is an old thread, but I bought one of these and installed it in my Cub Cadet, I also have a Hour meter installed. These only work with the battery type systems that the K-Series Kohlers used.

Works good, but with the buffer circuit, it does have a very short lag time, but overall it works very well.

From kirkengines.com, it was around $85. I wired it to the battery side of the coil.

There about 2"x2"x1" tall. Lithium battery powered.
They pick up the rpm signal off the spark plug wire. Can be set for

1 spark every other rev.
1 spark every rev.
2 spark every rev.

Looks like a cheap and easy one but doesn't look near as good as the auto type Tach.

I agree, nothing beats the round analog meter, IMO

But for $10. that's pretty cheap.

Now that is a good price. Almost too good.
Anybody tried one of these?

I tried one on my Cub and it was all over the place, I finally removed it and bought the one from Kirk engines. I do have one of those on my standby generator and it works good there.
