I prefer to cook chicken this way:

I'm not a beer drinker, so I use 7up instead.  There's just something funny to me about a neked chicken setting up on the grill!   :bigrofl:   

 

BTW, it's sirloin today, but I won't tell what time! :D   ~~  Lowell

Venison back strap or tenderloin, get the grill good and hot, salt and pepper the meat and brush with butter, grilled rare with a side of potatoes and onions with butter wrapped up in tinfoil. And garlic toast.

Or even better is a good bear back strap with the same sides but more of a medium to well.

Oh, oh, also a deep fried wild turkey is an excellent choice, just be careful if it was shot with turkey loads :beerchug:

We don't eat very much meat from a gross-ery store.
