is 3800 rpm to much for a k181?

According to Kohler, 3,600RPM is the high idle setting for the K-181. That's where I got the info for the tractor WIKI that I entered here

Thanks that wiki pretty cool im planning on shaving the head and borein the carb gooing through this k181 cause i have a spare block and head
