i rebuilt  my 445 22 hp gas moto this winter/replaced cam gear, now i have 210 compression on both cylinders and no misses. but i have no power when i mow. anyone have any sugestions.  also ran valves again. 20 degres difference between head temp and exhaust temps.. put new coil  on right side... last year... also hot in take with carb cleaner and no leaks....  hydo temp is 150 mowing so i dont think its the problem.

Could the governor or linkage not working correctly  ?  I always thought my PK was down on power because it's only12hp and old , turns out the governor wasn't set right and wouldn't open all the way under load , I bet I used it for 5 years before I found that out lol

Welcome to GTTalk. That engine is fuel injected if I remember correctly. Could it be something in the EFI that's not setup correctly. Do you have the service manual for the motor or for the tractor?

If it's FI my pervious post wouldn't be any help .   I've never worked on a small engine FI system I would guess most controls/sensors  are electronic . If I was working on a car I would start with the fuel system , filter/ pressure  maybe the same on this ?

Welcome to GTtalk.  When you say no power, does the engine bog down or the blades just don't  cut?  How does it run with the deck shut down?
