That is rare, a Ford built Camaro or is a Chevy built Mustang? As I've said before, corporate America thinks anyone can do any job and equally as well. Glad I'm retired. BTW I've delt with JCW since May69, only occassional problems. Good Luck, Rick

I bought floor pans for vw bug from them years ago and they billed me two times for them, bounced a bunch of checks a wreaked havoc with my checking account for two weeks.  In the end they paid all the late and return fees that were the result of there billing me two times and gave me 10% of my next purchase.  So other than they cannot tell the difference between chevy and ford I do like them.

I didn't even know people actually bought stuff from them. I used to read these catalogs when I was a kid. They had some interesting stuff

Do you remember Warshawskys? Whitney had a huge warehouse/store in Chicago that took up a city block,so I'm told. If you went in one entrance, it said JC Whitney. On the opposite side, the entrance said Warshawsky.

I ordered from them once, long time ago.  I got a 12 volt "heater" that didn't, and a combination engine oil cooler/remote filter locater for my Ford truck that I was prepping to pull a heavy boat 4-500 miles.  I forget which casting it was, but one of the adapters had a crack in it (I found it AFTER installation and cranking) so I had to run to PepBoys for a replacement to get my vehicle roadworthy for my trip.  I sent the damaged part and the "not-heater" back with a letter saying what had gone wrong, what I'd had to do to fix it, and a request for approximately half the value of the oil cooler kit returned to me.  Couple of weeks later, I got two letters from JCWhitney, first letter denied all responsibility for the cracked casting and refused my request for money.  Second letter contained a check for one "non-heater" and the full purchase price of the oil cooler.

I quit dealing with them while I was ahead.
