Just curious if the transaxle in a Ford 100 shares parts with the common JD 110/112/200 series transaxle. Trannys are one thing I haven't tackled yet in my GT career.

I think that there is info in the Manuals Section. Look for Peerless Transmissions. Good Luck, Rick

I think they may be the same basic 2300 series but they may be configured differently with input shaft or brake on different sides etc. There should be a Peerless tag on it somewhere with the exact model no. I think the manual is called the Tecumseh Drive Systems manual. I believe Tecumseh was the parent company for Peerless .
