I KNOW ONE THING YOU DON'T RUN  IT , IT RUNS YOU . AS KIDS IN THE 1950S MY DAD HAD ONE  WE WERE ALL AFRAID OF  YOU HAD AHOLD OF SOMETHING  THAT WOUI'D TAKE YOU TO CHINA

Found out what it is!!!! It's a Merry Tiller, model G20! Got the old Clinton to run for a few seconds at a time. The wire from the coil to the points had a bare spot in it. Now to work the carb over. It has these #'s on it:  117 stamped over an LMG casting. Opposite side has 200 over 7-76. May need some parts for this if someone knows what that all means.

 

Oh yeah! The tine drive works better than most new ones!

According to some of what I found, they started making these in 1952!

Being a Walbro, it might be you can match one to a Kohler carb.  If diameter is the same, a deeper bowl could be shortened.  Get us a diameter measurement.

A fuel tank came with it. Those aluminum straps are bent for it. I need to pick up a fuel & air filter for it today. Hope I can get it idle for a bit.
