A "gill" is what fish use to breath under water.
Maybe it's amphibious tractor?

Looks pretty good to me.
I don't know what that other attachment is though? Box blade? Scarifier?
I see no mower deck.

Looks in nice shape. Almost looks like a dealer decal on the hood.

Gill was an attachment company back in the 60's and 70's that was bought up by Gannon only to be bought by Woods Equipment company years later and now they are owned by Blount.
