George and I were invited to a plow day on April 12th. It's not a public event but held by one of our members and his family. George had a meeting with a group that he is developing a website for and couldn't go. So I made the trip solo. I got to see some of our members and other folks from previous years. There were about 12 garden tractors and some of the big guys. It looked like everybody had a great time, I know I did. Here are a few pics that I took.

The young fellow standing next to the Massey is 9 years old and the boy on the Wheel Horse is 6 years old. The young girl in the ninth picture is 10 years old. It was nice to see the young ones plowing.

Looks fun. You where at the same place last year too, I think. I remember those houses

behind the field in the 1st pic.

Glad you got to turn some dirt, Grand! That helps get over the winter blahs!

You have a good eye and a good memory Will. Yes those are the same homes in the background.

I had a great time at this plow day and other than a quick stint on George's Bush Hog at last year's PA Plow Day, it was my first time plowing.  Here's a few pics I took:

Here are some pictures that I took. Almost looks like we were all following each other and snapping pictures of the same things.

First time my son Caleb (jdelfjunior) ever plowed. Did pretty good, considering the tractor blew a head gasket and kept jumping out of gear. He made me proud!  :rocker2:
