Looks like everyone from Texas north will have a chance to get the GTs out to plow a little snow. We are getting a good snow now. Tractor is sitting in shop ready to go.:yelclap::yelclap: Seat time later this afternoon.

Well even though the ford fired right up on Wednesday yesterday(thursday) it let me down. Couldn't get it to run even after I warmed it up with the kerosene jet heater.

Pulled the plug cleaned it off, checked spark, had spark. Drained the Gas thinking maybe it was bad gas, refueled and still no luck.

it would get close to running, but would die out after a few chugs.

Going to try and clean the carb this weekend.

Would get some impressive back fires. since it was dark you could see the flame coming out of the stack. sounded like a shotgun blast.

Snow is falling again here, the ground is white with more to come and ICE on top. But the fire is all rolling and we are warm. Tractors are fueled up and ready to roll.

We have gotten 4"-6" of new snow here in NW Arkansas today. I am keeping my eyes open for a front blade for my Speedex or for one of my Craftsman GT's. Saw a brand new one for my Craftsman a couple of weeks ago over in Oklahoma for a little over $200, ran it by the boss, but NOOOOOOOOO! She (boss) helped shovel the driveway the other day and figured out that a blade would be a REAL good idea! :rolling:

Funny how the shovel handle WORKS. Hope you find one quick. The NW corner has got hit way harder than us. Still snowing here tonight.
