Hi All,

What is the thread for the fuel shut off valve in the bottom of the B 112 gas tank? Mine is leaking and I need to replace it. I am assuming I can buy a ball valve and put a hose barb on the other side. Thanks!

I would just get a replacement. They have them at my local hardware store in the parts department and all I have to ask for is a metal fuel shutoff that screws into a metal tank and has a 90 degree bend in it.

Buy another, best that way.  I believe it is a 1/8" npt thread if you still need to know.

Most were a universal 1/8'' NPT thread

These are the ones I carry. Most Lawn and Garden stores should stock these as well

Thanks All!

I will give my local Napa a try! Then I will have to figure out why the carb started leaking.

Your float may be the problem, since that may not be stopping fuel from going into the carb.

Update:

NAPA had the part. 5.97. Installed it, Carb leak turned out to be a bad hose clamp at the carb. I replaced all of the fuel lines and clamps and the fuel filter while I was at it too. Running great now.
