Help Identifying This Odd Ball Tractor

Has an odd transmission, no tags of any kind... some of the parts appear to have been red at one point..... Rear PTO is live when in motion i assume the front is the same..  Deck lift apears to be missing but the two chains underneath are there.  14hp Kohler runs like a top

 

NO IDEA what it is

Cool looking setup.

I like the stocky build of the hood and grill.
