I'm pretty sure they have 2 ranges. The newer B series actually have 3 ranges. That's a feature that most other tractors don't have in that size class. My JD2320 really could use 3 ranges . It's really geared too high and you need to use low most of the time.

I am fortunate enough to work for a place that has something like that that I can use any time I want, lucky me.  They sure are fun to use.

Thanks, Brian.

I was concerned if it only had 1 range.
Just for grins I checked tire prices For 11.2-16 . Nebraska Tire doesn't carry Them--said they hadn't heard of them. Goodyear makes them--found a couple places with them--$360 each!! The B2100 is same basic size and weight, but 3 less ponies. It uses 9.5-16--$125 each.

Anyway, the wife said I can buy it--just need to make sure it isn't to big.

That must be an odd sized tire. I think the newer B series use 15 inch wheel or  a 12x16.5 wheel /tire which is what is on my 2320. That's a common skid steer size. I think you will love that tractor. You are making a big step up from a GT.  The best part is you get all the features you always wanted in a GT as standard equipment, like 540 pto, 3 point hitch, power steering, 4wd.

I've found that some John Deere Combines use the 11.2 x 16 tire--it's still not very common.

I've also located a Kubota B7200 with loader, owner-added power steering, and 820 hours on the 3 digit hour meter (probably 1800 hours) for about 1/2 the cost of the B2400.  It's in Tyler, TX, so it's a ways away... I wonder if there are any GT Talk members close by?????

It's a KX121-3S.  Nice little machine.  He uses the heck out of it.

Well, I sold my Bolens HT23 tonight... sad to see her go..., but she's going to a good home--a young family with a couple active boys--they'll have a lot of fun with it.

Now I'm well on my way to getting my SCUT... just gotta decide what to get.  Most of the ones I'm finding are about 60" WB, 103" long, and 20-24 hp... I like the horsepower, but wish I had something a little shorter... anyway, I'll keep looking.
