butterfly clamps.jpg      Keeping several hundred feet of rope from snagging on these puppies spaced every few feet on a vertical structure  -   something I don't have to do much anymore .  But it keeps my life from being boring .

I sometimes would be at the top of the structure . All ground work now . The modern style of clamp is very smooth for no snag operation mostly .

Life was simpler with 55 mph speed limit and no cell phones . But I do kick myself when I forget it . Just so it is there when absolutely needed.

I am glad not to be doing tower work anymore either. We never did those heights, but the ones we did were high enough for me.

Add in a little or lot of snow and unpredictable wind gusts . Made it interesting .
