Vintage 6in Craftsman lathe. Runs, comes with both 3 and 4 jaw chucks along with 2 faceplates.
$150.00 obo.

Nice, real nice! I had no idea they ever sold a metal lathe.

Craftsman (Sears) sold all kinds of machine tools. Check out catalogs from the 30s through the 70s. They even sold barn and house kits. I've read that they were good quality too. Their old catalogs are fun to look through. Good Luck, Rick

Many of Sears older wood/metal tools were made by Atlas.

A friend of mine's hunting camp is a Sears & Roebuck house kit. I believe he said it was built in the '20s. Still has a couple of Sears labeled barrels of nails underneath the place.
