Im almost finished with one of the three bolens seeders I'm restoring just waiting on decals for this one an paint the row marker The other two seeders I plan to make a double row seeder with those they are both the same model bolens this one is a little different than this one.

Was there old decals on there you were able to get a copy of?

. The decal that was on it is the standard small implement decal. The one on this was the one with red on it some have green

well that certainly makes me want to get mine out and rebuilt it. The front of your hitch looks different than mine, i'll have to go out this weekend and find it to compare it.

bolens had two style hitches I have two more bolens seeders both them are the same but the hitch is simply just flat stock bent in a u shape basically You can actually change the angle of the seeder on the style in the pictures

That raises a good question I can only assume that this one is older I haven't been able to find any documention of the other style anywhere but this one is illustrated in several pieces of literature going back to the 12b power ho I think prior to that the plantet jr seeders were used It seems that this style isn't as common as the other hitch style with the simple setup
