I just picked up a jake 1000 super. When removing the pulley from imput shaft on the hydro it shattered. Anyone know if one can be found or is it time to part the tractor out?any help would be great.

Hope that's not that Cast one under foot on left??  Hard to find and big money. Think there is a special procedure or tool needed to remove those and most guys just leave on. Seems it is a two-piece and some kind of clutch??? If not this one, then Never Mind!

The gear drive has the funky cast "dished" pulley and small "external to transaxle" gearbox, but I'm not familiar with the hydro.

It's a Hydrogear unit, and part number for the pulley is 239034.  With a good close pic, we might match it.  Good chance it's the same as the pulley on the Massey 12H.  Pic & dimensions please.

This guy is right about a used replacement.

Or buy a new one here http://www.surplusce...EY-1-BK52-C.axd  and drill it for the fan

How much for the tiller, where in ny are you?

It shouldn't be hard to get a new pulley like that from a driveline supplier.
