No, I can't tell you that. ......My brain doesn't remember the WHEN. ......The factory never explained the WHY!

Unless someone worked at the factory and was involved in the change, it is doubtful that the factory reps or distributors would be privy to the reasons for any change in decals.

I do know that sometimes the pictures in the brochures did not match the decals that were on the tractors when they were shipped from the factory. ....Evidently the artwork for the literature was done far in advance of the production of the decals and tractors.

I did notice that some of the artwork did differ from the actual Tractors when they were sold.

Sorry if I keep asking so many questions...... When It comes to Bolens I get a little carried way :D Guess thats what the Bolens Bug Does to you LOL

I have scanned some pages and have them saved as .jpg files. I can also take photos and save as jpegs. .......Can I upload them directly to the manuals section, or do they have to be hosted elsewhere (such as Photobucket) and linked?

I am a techno-dinosaur! ........Fortunately, I am better with wrenches than with computers! .....Need help, please!

To upload stuff to the Manuals section here they have to be a PDF file. If you just want to post pictures on the forum, like right here you dont need to re-size/convert anything.

Check out this link on posting pictures: http://gardentractor...res-gttalk-209/

If you would like your images on a PDF then I can convert them for you if you would like. All you would have to do is e-mail me the JPEG photos.

Welcome to GTT

Thank you!

Did you guy's happen to sell the Ridemasters in the 50's? Would you have any info on them?

Yes, but my Dad only sold a few of them. ......I was born in 1948, and was literally raised in his shop. .....I remember climbing and sitting on them very well.

I don't have any sales brochures, but I have Owner/Parts Manuals for most of the Bolens Ridemasters and most of the available attachments.

Is there any particular info you need? ....I'm happy to help if I can!

This seems like the best way to get some info into the manuals section until I become more computer savy. ......I have not been able to find anything in my computer or scanner that allows me to save anything as PDF.

However, I can not find a link to your e-mail addy in your post or profile. .....What am I missing? ......Mine is Lucenbruce - at - msn - com

I have lots of info that I'm willing to share with everyone, but I will need some help to do that.

I am willing to share the info I have with everyone, at no cost, by posting it in the manuals section.
