Well as the title says I flipped my huskee I was driving in this ice packed snow came up to a snow bank and the tractor didn't turn I went up the snow and had no traction then it slid back before I could push the clutch then it got traction and went up I fell off the back and fell right on my tailbone. The tractor started to fall on me I was able to kick it then I quickly crawled just out of the way before it fell on the top then it shut off....whew......thank god it didn't fall on me. I cants sit at all hardly my tailbone hurts alot I have been icing it but it still hurts alot. Since I drive truck I don't know if I can....

Glad you are ok, there are a lot of people hurt from flipping tractors and ATVs every year. Hope you start feeling better soon.

You may be getting one of those "donuts" for your seat. Might take some of the pressure off.
If it hurts too bad to drive, you may have chipped it or cracked it. I don't think they can cast that, "butt" I've had mine in a sling a time or two.
Better talk to the Doc if it's bad tomorrow.

Sorry to hear of your accident but glad the tractor didn't land on top of you. The last thing you need to do is play catch with a 500 pound plus tractor! I hope you are just bruised up and things will get to feeling better real quick.

I'd get checked out by a doctor...broken tail bones can escalate into back problems if you don't take care of them.

Good to hear you are mostly okay though, sounds like it could have been a lot worse.

Brad,
I'm glad you were not seriously hurt. Hopefully nothing is broke, except your pride.
Keep us posted, Brian

thanks everyone for the kind words, i was laughing about it ever since yesterday, but the reality is though i still hurt this morning so it looks like i will be giving the doctor a call this morning. i am hoping i didnt break anything and its just bruised. I can sit now, but i have to lean front when sitting if i sit upright i get lots of pain....I cant even lay on my back just now i have to lay on my stomach.....definitely dont want any back problems because i lift heavy things at work sometimes.....As far as the tractor goes i will have to take some pics of it, but the hood flew off of it when i flipped it back over.....pos mtd plastic..... and i broke one of my LED lenses on the back but both back lights still work.....I am going to try and somehow repair the hood, the front lights were disconnected at places where i crimped some of the wiring some im hoping that can be repaired, if not the i just wont have lights or a hood....I did leave it sit for a while after i flipped it back on its tires, and nothing spilled out as far as oil or gas....then I checked the battery made sure everything there was ok, and it was. So I turned it over and it started right up, I then sat on it which was when i noticed I couldnt sit, but i knew i had to so i drove it for about 5 seconds then shut it down, so its mainly just cosmetic stuff.....

I am glad to hear you are not more seriously hurt then what you are and were able to kick the tractor away to help keep it from landing on you. I would definitely get the doc to check out your butt. Although if it is just the tailbone there is nothing they can do for it. At least maybe get some good pain meds LOL.
