I just found this great trailer at a local junk shop.

I like it because the back lays flat on the ground when it's dumped/tilted so you can back right into a pile of gravel or mulch to scoop it right up, instead of having to shovel material into it. Seems like it will be a reasonable substitute for a FEL if all I need to do is move loose material around the yard.

Does anyone know what brand, year, or model it might be? I'm guessing maybe Allis-Chalmers or Simplicity based on the white paint and on this photo I found of a toy tractor.

Thanks in advance for any info you have!

WELCOME! I wish I could help. It does look like the toy wagon in the picture.

Thanks!

I just picked up two tractors last fall that I hope to get running soon.

One is a pretty beat up early-70s Sears ST12. I hope to make this my digging, plowing, and general material moving machine once I get it going.

I've also got a Deutz-Allis 1814 hydro that's got a nice big mower deck. That tractor will be just for mowing and towing materials around the yard in the trailer.

I'll post some photos once I drag them out of the shed--hopefully very soon.

Agreed.  Looking through the AC 300 & 400 catalogs, I only see the Simplicity flip style cart.  I always wondered why the toy came with the IH style cart.
