I always feel cheated when something like this happens.  I feel cheated that I never got to know the person better.  It's no different this time.  I feel that I lost out on getting to know a real quality person.  May God give you comfort in this time and never forget how fortunate you are to have had him in your life.

I am truly saddened by this news. I have always enjoyed Olde Deere's posts. Your description of him tallies very well with my impressions of a kind, generous and honest man that I would love to have meant in person. My sincere condolences go out to you and your family/friends.

Brian

What? Why, he was just here! I'm taken aback!

Everyone has said my thoughts, too. When ever I read your posts, I always felt that it was from the two of you. In the same way, I felt that your husband was one with us. We must remember that just because he has passed over doesn't mean he isn't still here with us. May God's Blessing be upon you.

Took a few minutes to be able to respond.  I could easily tell from the get-go that you 2 were best of friends like Teresa & I.  Knowing you lost him hits the heart.  I will remember you all in my prayers, and I sure wish you the best, and PLEASE do lean on us when you need to.  We truly are happy to be your extended family and want you to stick around & post when you get the urge.

Old Deere #2 I am very sad to hear this. I never met Old Deere but have read many of his posts. Our family is a little less strong here at GT talk. He will never be forgotten and he will be missed by all.

Please stop by when you can and let us know how you are doing. We are here as any good family would be for a family member. As was said we have broad big shpolders and a we are very good listeners.

May God Bless You and give you the strength to carry on. May he bless your family.

From my wife (mammastractor) and I we pray for you and your family. We would like to say how sorry we are for your loss.                                         Roger.
