Who is planning to attend tomorrow? I hope to bring my trailer but I am concerned that it is going to rain tonight. The parking fields may be muddy. I will be walking around in a camo jacket with a ruck and a sign on the ruck saying "GTT". Say "Hi" if you see me. If you have time try to visit the museum. Good Luck and Happy Hunting, Rick

Over-weight, under-tall, grey hair, glasses wearing old work clothes....Heck, that probably is 1/2 our membership!

Sorry, just couldn't resist being a joker!

Yeah, we don't go to the Far East for our stuff!  We like Mid-west shows.  Isn't it kinda cold for swap?  I go to Portland, IN each mid April and IT'S sometimes cold and rainy even then.  Too early for me to look around, specially in wet/cold.  A Cold Coming with that!

I went to the annual Wheel Horse show in PA. one year. I thought I was going to see all these cool guys from MTF and Red Square. I didn't identify anyone I knew. You guys should wear ID tags or GTT hats or something.

I was there, but I thought you wanted to beat me up, so I hid from you. : )

Just kidding of course Rich.

But I agree with the hats or even name tags. One good thing about the shows that GTtalk attends, they often have a banner, and offer name tags to those that want them.

My first big event was Pa Plow day about 5 or 6 years ago. Back in MTF days, it was a chore to figure out who was who. But luckily we managed to pull teeth and have a banner sent to hang up, that was the only way we found other members.

I have 100 bucks that says that banner is NOT flying this year.
