I just found my dad's old 1972 sears. Luckily it wasnt hard, the guy he gave it to who was going to get it running again back around 26 years ago (when he got the craftsman I have now with both of them having past away last year thought I might have a hard time finding it) but there it was in the guys garage untouched since got and his wife just gave it back to me.
I'm pretty excited wish I had pictures right now to post but how hard are parts to get it back to running and looking pretty again to get ahold of

Congrats on getting your Dad's Sears back, some things are meant to be. As far as parts go, you should be able to find most anything you might need to get her back in top shape. Good Luck and get us some pictures !!

That's exciting.  I've been trying to find my family's tractors, it is sometimes impossible to do.  I'm really excited to hear it still happens.

That is really cool, and it wasn't as hard as you thought.  As said you should be able to get the parts you need for it.

Not sure about decals but I think you can get a set made if you have some pictures to follow.  Might want to check Seardirect.com and see what they have for your model.  Sometimes they will surprise you on the older tractors.
