I have been making some hanger brackets for the 5 point cultivator for my walk behind. Today I was welding on the adjusting screw blocks.  Guess I lost focus for a minute.  Oops.

Same here.  I double check, and still miss some little "insignificant" fact.  Then I try to tell myself, "it wasn't important anyway, right?"
