Does anyone know if a guy can stack a few pot holes to make a post hole? If he could, they're out here on the roads by the dozens and in all shapes and sizes too. Free for the taking for now until the state figures out what they're being used for. Then they'll just come along and fill them and ruin everything.

In some places the could actually stock fish in the pot holes and charge  you to fish ....... bet the old fishermen would be happy.

I would be interested in all of them, I will need to get the air switched from winter air to summer air in my trailer tires before I could come and pick them up. Would you store them for a while?

Better be careful because if you get a lot of them they can be used as sailboat fuel and that stuff is hazardous!!   :biting_nails:

I've heard that.  I imagine the postal service might not accept the package if it has sailboat fuel in it.

I'm confused, is this after the holes, or holes you put a post in?

There is a big problem with storing these things!  I had saved a few used post holes from my farm & had them stacked beside the barn.  Well, yesterday we had a wind advisory, and I never thought to secure my used post holes.  Yep.....they got blown away, and I have no idea how far they got blown.  Oh well, all that work for nothing!  :smilewink:

The best thing to do in this case is to put a post in the hole and build a table top on in it and call it a permanent fixture.  While post holes are fairly easy to remove outdoors, inside it can cause structural damage to the  house.

I take it this is the voice of experience?
