Go to FCVAEC on Saturday and WPGTA on Sunday.

That way you can go to both.

Yeah, that would be doable.

Thing is, the pull at WPGTA is on Sat, and I wanted to do that again, since they said that they would have more weight for the sled this time  :D :D :D

Alan, as of right now the weather is not looking favorable.  I understand this will change 53 times before May 3rd but is there a plan for a later rain date or is this rain or shine?  I got the Beav out and ready to go and, if work permits, I will try to make this one.

Well I just looked at the poster you put up again and it does say rain or shine so I guess that answers my question.  Hope to see you there.

I never look at the weather reports since the event consists of 15 percent plowing time and 85 percent bull session time lol.

Oh, and for the record, after this weekend.... I might be ready to rock and roll. It will be a full weekend of prep work for it all, but come next Saturday, I will be there.

Spent the evening with the kids, getting the tractors ready.
Made a couple of lists on the dry erase board, open meeting style.
Had them go over all the stuff we need to take and then all the stuff we need to do to each tractor for getting ready.
Check oil, gas, air.
Change any fluids that are due or need it.
Grease all fittings.
Visual inspection /correct issues from last use.

Did 4 tractors last night. They were getting whiny by the time we were done, but the tractors are READY.

Home to see you guys there. Pray for dryer weather than they are forecasting.

I know the club flyer says the plow day is rain or shine but I sure hope the sun shines on Saturday and we are able to see some pics of plowing at the new location.

I'll get loaded tonight... oh wait, that didn't sound good.  I shall place the plow beast on the moveable flat top this very evening in the year of our Lord two thousand and forteen and secure it to prevent unwanted lateral movement to the best of my abilities until such time we shall depart from this place on the adventure of a lifetime and make our way steadily north to the site on which we shall break ground together.  Yeah, that's it.  Looking forward to the food!

I am ready to roll out in the morning. Tractor is loaded, trailer is hooked up, and gasoline is in the tanks.
