Dang Ol ... you're to young to be having "Senior Moments"

Now I on the other hand, have been known to have "Senior Days" :rolling:

Yeah, must be dealing with the poo all week.  I would delete my post & replies to it, but then it would likely create even more confusion.

You guys have made me think of another question concerning this that I'd like to know.  What brands of GTs had the 3 point rear sickle bar mowers available?

Bush Hog had them available for the JB series tractor.  Pretty sure they were a Haban unit though.

I know that Haban made a 3-pt mounted Sickle Bar mower for some of the Compacts, but I don't know of any for the GTs.

I guess that a Super GT like the Bolens HT23 or other similar sized tractors might be able to handle one, but it would really be pushing it.

The Bush Hog JB series tractor shows a 3pt rear PTO driven sickle bar mower in the sale brochure. I have never seen one in real life, but would love to have one for sure.

That's what I'm talking about.  Now if you can get me one for say $200 or less I'll PM my address for you so you can ship it to me. lol Seriously though, thanks and I can keep an eye out for one. Ya never know, never thought I'd find a 3 point for my tractor for my tractor for less than $200 and wound up with one with a running tractor attached for a whole lot less.

With Brian's close-up pic, that sickle mower doesn't appear to be a Haban, or at least not ALL Haban.  The front frame mount of the mower appears to be almost identical to the bar on the tractor that attaches to the lift cylinder, then to the 3rd arm links.  Likely put together by Bush Hog themselves!

I could be to blame for the whole confusion here and I apologize ( I do have senior moments).  I've been going back and forth looking at stuff in Massey and in the general forum and I don't remember where I put it.  Yes mine is Massey/Snapper but as I said I've been known to modify.  Again sorry but thanks all.

Reg

Just went back and thoroughly reviewed my posts.  I am totally at fault here, I put it in general forum wanting all options for possible modification and then forgot that I did that and started thinking I posted where I normally do in Massey/
Snapper.  You all can now whip me with a wet noodle.  Sorry guys!

Not sure this originally came as rear mount, but this was adapted to my 195 by PO
Not sure if your GT is big enough.

I'm thinking that it was made by Haban.

The cutter bar, grass divider, and the lever for lifting the cutter bar are "Classic Haban".
