Does it seem colder this year ? We are around 10 degrees here this morning , looks to go to upper 20s for a high . Might not have too good a turn out for the tractor show today , They call it a " Snow Show " but usually it's about 10 degrees warmer . I'll take pictures of whats there anyway, Al

We are getting temperatures here way below normal. We should be in the high 20's-low 30's this time of year. The past few weeks we have been struggling to get to 25!

Here at the South end of Indiana, we should be mid30s day and high 20s night, we have been 10 to 20 degrees below normal all through Dec until now.

We have experienced the same weather pattern here in south central PA. Temps have been below normal. Local weatherman the other night said we already have had 20 days of below normal temperatures. I did see a 38 degree reading in the 7 day forecast. Suppose to happen Tuesday. Hope they are right.

2 below 0 this morning at 6:30, no wind and the sun is out now, so cold but not terrible. If I get my chores done, might have to go check out the local snow machine club's "radar run" later today.

We've had a bunch of 4 & 5 F overnights. Lots of 15-20 days. The days that do warm up, the snow machine turns on. Today's supposed to be a little better, 26 right now.

We've been mostly warmer than usual here...in the -10C to -20 range mostly. Today is cold though. They are calling for a high of -22 and a low of -29.

I heard we were in a La Nina cycle though, which generally makes North America colder and wetter.

Well just came in from walking the little guy to the bus.It was cold good thing there's hardly any wind yet[not like yesterday] I looked at the therometer outside it said -35 c just a tad off of -30 f .I knew it was cold as when we get frost build up just along the bottom edge of the windows inside the house it's cold[thriple pane with argon gas] you know its cold. The outside door sure creaks today as well.At least its sunny out and last night today is supposed to be the coldest day this week.Guess I'll stay home today and head out into the shop try and get the Allis mower deck back together.Larry

Yeah, I went out and started the wife's car for her this morning, and I've refused to go back out. When you get that fog rolling in whenever you open the door to let the dogs out, you know it's cold.

It kind of works out anyway...I picked up a little writing work and I was behind on it. Now I'm running a little ahead. It seems a little odd to be writing about deck accessories when it's this cold out though.
