I've been wanting a Panzer for a long time and this one literally came to me today. My brother's friend brought it down to my house to see if my brother was interested in buying it and I ended up working out a deal with him. I traded him a Bolens 1050 and deck for it. It has been repainted before and the engine was replaced with a newer 10hp Briggs that isn't running right now but it did run last fall. I'm very happy I was able to find a Panzer and I sort of like the yellow paint, I'm thinking about keeping it in the condition it's in now.

Now THAT one has a different look for sure. It's exactly what we'll need at the Zagray Farm Museum show in July. Bring it out!

Yes, I did get the hood.

I wish I could make it to that show. Unfortunately it's too far away for me right now.

I do like how they look in turquoise but I also like the way it looks now, yellow and rusty. Just about every Panzer I've seen is turquoise and I think the yellow gives it a different unique look. At this point I'm not sure what direction I will go paint wise.

Pennsylvania Lawn Mower Co. named the paint Tantalizing Turquoise to attract the female market.  Your only 21 so you have to think of the possibilities.
