Final RED paint on!   I rushed the paint job, so definitely not my best.  Shows some sand marks and such, plus a paint run or 2, but it's got paint and I had to get going on this.  I built this tractor to work, not look pretty, but it didn't have to stay so ugly either!  :smilewink:

Now just the white left to paint on the hood, dash, and seat pan.  Still a lot to do, but  think I'll make it before plow day.

Soon as it cures enough to where it isn't at all tacky, I'll slide the board & all into the bed of the Kubota, then just park it in the new shop to finish curing out.  Hope that's this evening, as rain comes tomorrow, and the old shop has a leak or 2, plus birds can get in & drop a mess on my paint!

Got the Kubota backed in and the board with painted parts slid into the bed.  Once it cures a bit longer, then she goes to the new shop.  Once cured enough, parts get mounted.  Now I gotta start on the "to be white" parts soon.  I also need to get a piece of plywood for the seat base & back so I can get it to an upholstery shop.    Last time it took over a month to get a cover made, so best to get that in early.

Yeah, life has gotten in the way and the only tractor that I seem to use lately is the MF1020. That thing has been a real back saver.

MF1855 project - You would have thought it would at least be mobile by now, but sadly no. Check out my post on my 1855/2655 build thread. It brings you up speed....

As usual, I have more projects than time, I know that you know the feeling. :smilewink:

Been carefully putting painted parts onto the chassis.  Due to using hardener in the paint, I like to bolt parts on while the paint is still not cured completely to avoid chipping the paint when tightening bolts.

Still just looking at it to be sure of the color I want to go with for the hood & dash.  I'm still leaning real hard with white.
