Thank you. I work for a hi end race car shop. we specialize In vintage race cars like Ferrari , Porsche, lola chevron. Parts we can get any more I have to make. its a great place to work. Jay Geils started the place working on his cars and then some friends. He sold it about 13 years ago. And its getting bigger every year. I also have my own machine, and fab shop at home. I have more fun building tractors then working on the cars. Thank you guys for the nice comments. And thank you again for moving this post.

When you say Jay Geils, are you talking as in Jay Geils Band?

Say hi for me. He probably won't remember, but I bought some of his band's albums. I think I wore out my cassette of Freeze Frame.

Looking forward to seeing the welding today.

No doubt, it'll be top notch, and you'll have us drooling. :smilewink:

Great work you're doing here.

Going back to work, thats great news Chris. I'm not trying to tell you what to do, but take it slow at first, eat right and stay hydrated.  You got to stay healthy so you can make cool things that we can wish we had or wish some of us could make.   I'm glad your getting back to work and let the sparks fly.

Todays work. I made up a mount to put brake master cylinder . got it all welded and found I made it a little heavy .125  so after thinking about it I ended up make 2 new ones out of .093. Also made up some new tran mounts.
