I have finally found a shizel:

What's a Shizel - $20 (Chadron, NE)

You are probably asking yourself what's a Shizel?

The Shizel is one of the most versatile hand tools ever invented! A Shizel is whatever you want it to be. It's a scraper, pry tool, nail-puller, leveler, chisel, can opener, hammer, trowel, bee hive tool, putty knife, box opener, and everything else you can find to do with it! The Shizel has been patented, tested, and proven.

Use it with carpentry repairs and remodeling. Great for fixing doors, flooring, painting surfaces, and window repair. Ideal for the lawn and garden. Clean shovels, remove grass from under lawn mower decks, dig weeds, transplant flowers, straighten pavers and retaining wall brick.

The tool is professionally manufactured and is made from stainless steel that will last for years. That's the Shizel!

It really looks well made. I do believe it's even been coated gold, for a little more bling.

Hey, the Shizel is old news. My grandpa had a Shizel, it was the style of the times, was the Shizel. He never went anywhere without it. If you had your Shizel with you you was ready for anything.

It needs a fold out hammer head on it somewhere, so it can become a Swiss Army Shizel.

It definately needs a hammer head. I wonder how solid the handle is?

DO NOT google shizel and click on shopping. Very disturbing.

For real, or are you pulling our chain.

That's like throwing a steak in front of a dog and saying "no". :rolling:

Here's a shizel of a different sort. They call it a Box tool. For opening crates.

Lee Valley Tools in Canada sells them.

About 15 years ago, I bought a dozen of them, and scattered them around.

They where cheap back then. $8 or so I think.

Handy tool.
