Anyone here own a Parker Hitch-N-Sweep sweeper, model HS-6225, likely from the mid-60s to early-70s?  I'm looking for someone who owns one of these, or knows someone who owns one of these.  I have an original manual for one and would like to give it to someone who owns the attachment.

Looks similar, but maybe not quite the same. Same brand anyway. Here's a pic of the front of the manual. What do you think?

sure looks like one that I have, been using it for years

had the replace the wheel dogs in it, I quess I used to it much

seen I got a powerflo bagger for my JD 214 I do not use it too much

if you can scan it, you can post it in the manual section so that others can download it if they need it

I can definitely do that as well; I can do it later today.  Still, I'd like to find a home for the original.  I have no use for it, and it seems to me that it deserves to be reunited with the attachment and its owner.  If anyone wants it (it's free), just PM me so I can get your address and I'll mail it to you.  I just want to see it go to a good home (after I scan it).

Well that was wierd. In the middle of typing a reply I lost the page.

I got the one I have to fix up to use but I got a nearly new Agrifab sweeper last fall. I would entertain giving it away to someone who needs one. It works needs the basket replaced or repaired. Has a few dents.   If someone close wanted it they can have it. It is burried in the snow right now.   That looks like the same one.

Roger.

Funny you'd mention it, I delivered a zero turn to a customer today who had an old Parker sweeper buried in the back of his shed.  I asked him about it because we sell Ohio Steel sweepers, and I was curious if he still used the one he had.  He said his Dad bought it new, and it is used every week for something like 20 years at least.  The bag he has on it he bought at Lowes he claims.

those Parker sweepers were about the Cadillac of machines. Always wished I could have found one to use here, as the box store ones are just plain crap.
