Here is the plans for my sleeve hitch I built for my Ford LGT 145

along with some pictures.

The frame is 2" wide 1/4" thick stock

That would be fine. I have a 3d rendering of the hitch as well. ( I am nerd like that)

There's nothing wrong with that. I don't know if you would want to edit your first post and maybe add a little more description to it or not. I need to decide on either adding another section for content like this or adding categories to the projects section.

Chuck,

That's a great looking sleeve hitch. You did a nice job on it! I acquired a Jacobsen (1250?) last fall. I hope to get it running, someday. One thing, I noticed, was that the factory hitch plate seemed to be a bit light weight compared to how heavy the rest of the tractor is built. I see that you added a brace where you put the hitch receiver. That looks like a good idea too.
