So you're saying it actually turns too far? I can't quite wrap my mind around that concept, it seems like more would almost always be better.
Nope. It's the pivot for the axle to angle for holes/bumps. I left 1" clearance for it to pivot, but 1/2" would have been plenty. Too much weight on a front corner pulls the opposite rear wheel way up in the air. Look at the pic and the clearance just above the center bolt in the axle.
