10 feet lenth of rope at Wallie World - $ 3.65 

 

Drive to Wallie World - usually $ 1.50 to $ 3.00 depending on location.

I'm trying to figure out what "pull cord/coil" means. 

 

Do we not have spark and we suspect that the rope isn't rubbing the stick good enough, similar to how the Indians used to start their engines?
