A friend of mine had a bunch of guys that started pulling there tractors. Well he asked me if I could get him some Race slicks. I work for a race shop and we have them all over, so I set him up. 13 wheels made plates to bolt to his tractor. He came back tell me he won everything. So I had to go watch for myself. They where pulling on a contret pad about 50 foot long using a stone boat. So the slick tires would get hot and just pull along. After him winning so much they wanted to change the rules. So I offered up anyone that wanted to have slicks I would give them a pair. They all said ok Well got me going on building something to play with and this was my first time, pulling at a fair in NH. the 900 lbs class. I got third place with this tractor I never done this with. Everyone in the place said where did he come from? In the next class was the 1200 lbs class. And I took home # 1 So I got hooked that was 5 years a go. Heres some pictures How you guys like them.

Looking at the very 1st picture in your 1st post I saw the backhoe/trackhoe bucket and I thought it was on the sled. :wallbanging:

I was wondering how any GT could pull something that heavy!

Then I saw that the bucket was being used to add/subtract weight....duh....

Nice pictures. The tractor sure has changed in 5 years. I see a few more grey hairs on the owner as well!
