Should have figured.  Conspiracy theories abound. 

 

At least I understand what you are talking about.  Someone else would come by and think, "These GTTalk guys have strange funeral arrangements.  When a member gets close to kicking the bucket, someone else was prearranged to tie one machine to another machine on a pond and let it drop in memory of the deceased."

 

If you keep talking like that, Cat, you'd better stay away from the highway, if indeed your time is close.

I have pictures.

ID tag says model 990  184, or it might be 484.

Serial 7345

It needs some lovin. PO tried stripping the paint with a grinder. That's a clue

as to how much lovin it needs. :(

Where on that B&S would I find ID numbers?

should be a tag on the engine house with the info, looks to early to have it stamped in the blower house. I would say its a model 14, which would be a 5hp. Hope the coil is good as they are hard to find.
