I'm partial to my AC's and Simplicity's....but....ALL GT's and GOOD GT's!!  Walk behinds.....David Bradley's without a doubt.  You're gonna get every GT named I'm afraid.  Thanks for asking the question.  It will be curious to read all the answers.

I see the biased partisans swooping down as we speak...

I think it is hard to get a good answer, since we all have favorites.  For example, I firmly believe Gravely made the best walk behind and (now that I play with one) Bolens one of the better GTs

Why "Hogzilla" of course!  :smilewink:   There of course is no real answer for that question, but literally hundreds of opinions.l

I think the best ones are the ones that run. :D

Like Daniel said, there is no real answer to that question. There are SO many great ones!

The 68' Suburban 12 I just picked up since it was free. Really, there are way too many good old tractors to pick the "best" one.

Of "the" brand, I prefer the 420:

I don't think it's been made yet. I think the best gt would have to be something that everyone could and would agree is the best. Everyone has their own personal favorite brand and that's good because each brand has it strengths and weakness.

I vote for the one that starts and runs well and does the work when required. Best looker is all in the eyes of the beholder...

Pretty much any tractor made of real steel instead of these modern plastic throwaway tractors. I have quite a few garden tractors of different brands and they will all work really hard.

If you buy your vegetables , all you will need is a lawn tractor . For comparison shopping of GT ' s you will need to go to the Ball Hallow plow day .

How am I doing so far  Dan ?

This is just my humble opinion but Gravely 4 wheel tractors are pretty good and looks cool also.
