That's something I see every day.  Folks standing on the hood of their car breaking into a van they are tailgating.

How do folks drive past the scene and not think, "Hmmm, this ain't right, Jack."

Some people don't want to get involved.     I know a guy and about ten years ago he saw a girl get pushed into a s10 blazer, he has a record with the law and still had to do something. So he called his mother who was at work of what he saw and the plate number, she called 911 told the cops what her son told her and the cops come to her location instead of looking for the s10. The cops give her the 3rd degree about her son and don't do nothing about the girl in the s10. the next day some people find the girl dead in a field, raped, shot, robbed. They give the people who found the girl a hard time and say they are people of interest (like they might have something to do with her death) they were just some people trying to do the right thing. Then the cops arrest and hold the guy who saw it happen, but called his mom instead, then tell the world they got the guy who killed the girl. he sits in jail till the DNA come back and clears him of rape, but not the other charges.his life is trashed in the press and the cops.(everyone know the cops and press don't lie)  some time goes by until a father calls the cops to say his kids boyfriend gave her a ring with the dead girl name on it and says the boyfriend is no good. the dead girls parents push the DA to push the cops. they find out two men were selling the girls stuff when she was in the back seat with a seat belt wrapped around her neck. they find the guys and they point their fingers at each other and the cops still try to connect the guy thats been seating in jail. The girls parents believe the guy thats been in jail had nothing to do with it and they pay a lawyer to get the guy out and help clear him. The two that did it got life and the cleared guy sues the cops and wins but the girl is still dead. I understand why people don't want to get involved, I never will.

A lot of cops tend to get tunnel vision, especially when they have a patsy they can use to close the case.

Pretty daring heist. Crazy if you think of it. It seems more likely to me that the driver may have had something to do with it.
