What did the original Steering Wheel Insert look like on the CASE 200 & 400 series Tractors?

Just can't find a photo that shows it clear enough, have got four very different answers from four different people.  Photos seem to suggest just a plain black insert, (113/16" diameter);  but some owners say there was a "CASE Tire tread" logo on it, either a vinyl logo or a raised cast logo.

Does anyone know for sure and can post a photo of what the original 'logo' insert may have looked like,

please PM me here.

Thanks in advance,  Glen

Glenn, as far as I know, they were all plain black. You can still buy them here.  http://www.casegarde...1stwhcecap.html

I really like the molded ones in your right column. Very nice!

Also, only the early models that use a keyed steering wheel, use the center cap. I think to around 1975, give or take a year. The later ones that have a steering wheel that uses a role pin to attach the wheel, the center cap is a moulded part of the wheel. Not removable.

I have 2 Case GT's Glenn, ones an 1984 222, the other is a 74 444. If my 444 still had its original steering wheel :( , I'd get on your waiting list for sure, as those look fantastic!  :worshippy1:    Thanks

This is my steering wheel center from my 1980 444.
Probably doesn't help much I know!

I have never seen a 200 or 400 or 600 series Case or Ingersoll with any kind of logo on the steering wheel cap.
