The entrance Josh is talking about and the way it is routed is going to work out great for a couple of reasons. Just so you know the entrance is right off of Canal Road. This entrance will give us plenty of room to keep traffic off of the road plus it is a gravel path and we won't be tearing up the display field / midway.

We are taking a 10' x 20' canopy and anyone is more then welcome to hang out under the tent to cool off. There are also a going to be few others with large canopies and awnings so shade cover should not be an issue. Josh and I also talked about getting fans to run off of his generator if it is going to be really hot.

Less then two weeks away now, we will also be able to get a feel for what the weather is going to be like soon. :D

George maybe under the GTtalk logo you could add a brief description of the site or what you have on the Home page About Us
" Learn, share and have fun!"

"We are the brotherhood of tractor nuts!"

I was a little slow getting this made but here is an idea for member cards. If you guys want we can print them up ahead of time on thicker paper stock and in color and also laminate them and we will bring them to the show. You will have to let me know either in this thread or in a pm that you are coming to the show and we will get them made up. Also let us know how many you would want. Probably 3 max per person due to time limitations.

Here is the idea:

We would really only need one per display, correct? You don't want a placard on each tractor that we bring? I was going to just hang one placard on the main frame of my canopy, centered, so you guys can see it.

I like the lamination idea, as the weather is unpredictable. I'll be there for sure, and if all goes well in the remaining days, I'm hoping to bring around 15 tractors. Cross your fingers. If I don't get them all running, will some of you guys be available to help me unload? I'll be by myself, and setting up the canopy and display with two or more people, would sure be a lot easier than just by myself. I'm planning on bringing the first load over Thursday, late afternoon/early evening, so if you can help, keep on eye out for me.

I'm already so exicited about this show, that I'm already having trouble sleeping. Isn't this Great?????

Yes one per person is probably all that is needed, I was thinking about large displays maybe? The other thing I was thinking of is with them being laminated and on thicker paper that they could be used at any show the members might go to.

Regarding help, don't worry about it, there will plenty of us around on Thursday. We are going to start bringing our tractors down Thursday morning and we will be there all day to help direct traffic and help get people setup and I am sure there are going to be a lot of other people willing to help out.

Yes time is running out, I got a lot of stuff to get together yet and I haven't even started cleaning the tractors up. Not that anyone would notice when they were clean or dirty LOL.

Not sure i understand the concept of "one". Did someone steal all your others? How could you possibly function with just a pair of tractors>? What do you use to cover the other half of the garage floor with? Im sure that there might be a support group out there for people with only "one" tractor.

That's just it, I can only bring one because that is all I have left that I can count on to perform properly, as all the other dozen are either not started on projects, not starting, not working right, covered up with stuff, or broken LOL.
