How about a attachment to down load , a GTtalk flier 8 1/2"x 11" to display like some of the clubs do with a spot for members to put their user names on . Even if it was only printed on regular paper it could always be put into a plastic sleeve to protect it from curling .

That is a great idea Alc. I will make a pdf for a flyer to post in this thread.

I like the placard idea for identification. Even if it's just a simple GTT on one of the corners. Non-members and the general public won't know what it stands for, but at least us members will be able to tell! It was just a thought, and I hope it works out. It would sure beat a big banner hanging over the display "JOHNDEEREELFMAN". That would be and look a little corny! LOL! But then again, how much are the tee-shirts and hats? Maybe all members could buy and wear one or the other to help represent the site. It would definately make for a great membership photo!

We have shirts and hats for sale online in the store: GTtalk Store or if you want to get them from me locally or at the show send me a pm and I can bring them with.

George maybe under the GTtalk logo you could add a brief description of the site or what you have on the Home page About Us
" Learn, share and have fun!"

"We are the brotherhood of tractor nuts!"

I will get something added to it tonight. Would help if there was some sort of description on there.

Yes we will be having garden tractor pulls , but for fun only. Thanks Josh

I like the idea of "for fun pulls". Are there any specific rules, like hitch type/height, tractor weight, wheelie bars etc.? I'm still trying to figure out how I can make time for the show, I need to get away and can't think of a better place to go. If I can make it I'd like to give the sled a yank with my mf12.

Don't have to worry about hitch height or a hitch other then the factory hitch. A clevis will help but not required either as they keep one on the sled. Bob and the guys do a great job running the fun pulls and that is what it is for, to have fun.

Wow, I am gonna have to try the sled... with the Springfield Electric lol. I will just wrap a chain around the axle housings cause I haven't a hitch on it lol.

I will try and get some better placards made up this weekend but for now I wanted to post an update with a link to the club's website. I added information for hotels that are nearby for those that are traveling.

Here is a link to the club's site: Olde Tyme Days

Hey Guys when you come in the show grounds. You will come through 2 gates. There is a stone road that runs to your right. The road goes past the pulling track. The track will be on your right hand side.At that point there will be someone there to get you parked. Thanks Josh
