That washer piece in picture 7 is known as a Valve spring locating cup. (that's what the manual says)

I just wanted to add Sweigard Bros in Halifax,PA have some NOS parts 717-896-3414. swebros@aol.com. Their inventory is probably not as large as the other vendors already listed be we did buy some of the gaskets that were used in restoring the 1053.

FINALLY......I got my parts....New Piston, Wrist Pin, Wrist Pin Clips, DR-51 Chrome Rings, and some better looking used Tappets.....on order is a governor and valve springs.....and I just picked up an S8D Cam and Crank today but Im not sure if I can use them.....and if I cant its fine...got them just in case.....oh and the cam came with nice tappets as well.....Unfortunitly I dont have pics of crank or cam.....I can get them later........

Ordered some new valve springs....came the other day, and the guy messed up and gave me 2 sets when i only ordered one and only paid for one.....LOL....theres a guy near me who i bought my first Bolens from....he has an s7d engine with a bad cam and i have one so....I may be getting that....plus he has an s8d engine with a bad cam and I might be getting that as well......but thats not the big new that I have.....I dug the TRA-10D out of the old shed....that is once i dug a path up to it after all this damn snow and ice lol...I brought it down and wondered if I could put it on the 800...........................SO I DID..................Will take pics and video little later today since I have a......I want to say snow day but its nothing but ice......so an Ice day......I have some stuff to figure out yet but im not sure if this will be permanent or not because this guy only has off every other sunday so i have to wait till the 13th to see him....I will keep yous posted and I will take pics and vids today on this ICE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here are some pics didnt have a chance to do video today because I went into work at noon at worked a few hours, so i could get my harrisburg stop out of the way.....but here are pics of the tra-10d in the 800 and I also including some pics of the original and bad looking wiring on my bench and a pic of the s7d cam.....reason i took a pic of the cam is because I was wondering if you guys think it will be ok with a good cleaning????? Enjoy the pics Video to come soon.....Also I dont have a clean Bolens Gas Tank so I found this one laying around LOL
