If I have to get the head resurfaced how much could it be milled. I do not plan on going anymore than I have to.

You could try just doing a little sanding on the head first. My dad tought me a way to "true up" a flat surface. What you need to do is get a piece of glass that's big enough to lay a sheet (8"x11") of sand paper on. Then you just move the had around on the sand paper. If its going to take a lot of sanding to get it true again, then I would get it milled. Doing a little sanding may save a couple bucks if it isn't that bad.
