In the literature that came with it was a receipt for a sleeve hitch. I then found a Wheel Horse hitch brochure in the envelope. I emailed and asked if it was possibly still around. They said they would check and let me know. They emailed me last night and they did not have it. Darn! That would have been a nice piece to have!

Who knows, they may stumble across it yet. They know now, that you'd like to have

it. That would be nice to have.

This cap looks like it was factory made and fits like a glove, but is it factory original part?

The cap is probably a reproduction or or other fabrication . Ge logos were prominently displayed on the caps originally .

The tower / control console is aluminum .  See if the cap is steel - it may have been done to have magnetic objects stick to it .

It is possible that a steel cap was an option . The E12 s were featured with golf bag accesories thus the need for a clip board etc ? One more question to ask .

It's plastic. I will take a picture of it off. I was thinking it should look like Doug's picture since Bush Hog had and earlier model steering wheel that used that same cap. Just interesting this cap looks like it was molded this way and it fits well.

Few pictures of the cap- and chance wheel horse or new idea may have used it on theirs? ImageUploadedByTapatalk1393761599.450886.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1393761615.046587.jpg

She lives! Put 3 12v batteries in - jumped the key switch and she took off! Reverse and forward both work- I am conserving the batteries since I did not bring a charger. Can the charger on board charge these 3 12v batteries?
Bad news is center mower motor is stuck/frozen-
She is really clean underneath .ImageUploadedByTapatalk1393773738.295347.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1393773752.169732.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1393773764.126178.jpg
