You'll need to power a separate hydraulic pump to operate the loader. On my 1st tractor I used a cessna pump that was belt driven and mounted below the the engine. On my GT20 I'm using a 6 gpm pump that I purchased from Bailey Hydraulics and by modifying an adaptor from surplus center, I'm running it directly off the engine. I did need to notch the front of the tractor frame to allow enough room. If you check the pictures of my GT20 under the discussion "GT20 with turning brakes and foot control upgrades" and look closely at the pic of the front of the tractor you can just make out the pump and adaptor. It would be easier to run it via a belt but I was worried about side wear on the pump bushings. On my 1st tractor that I mounted this loader onto, I didn't have PS. That was a chore to operate with a load. I ended up adapting a PS set up from a JD 318. Good luck.
